I recently had an issue with my car starting and I called them up to see if they had any availability to fit my car in for a diagnosis and repair. They were VERY accommodating and helpful with the process. Long story short, they found the problem, explained the problem so I can understand and wven when something went wrong with incorrect parts (Not due to them), they did not charge me any extra in labour and went above and beyond to help me. They were also very clear in communication.

I have just moved into the area on Tuesday 12/09/2023 I had my Isuzu Dmax serviced by Ipswich Diesel I wanted the service by the Isuzu book detail for the kms of the vehicle.
You could not ask for anymore got a phone call about the service full pricing about the parts total cost then a phone call letting me that the car was ready for pick up. Well done Ipswich Diesel to all involved office staff and workshop see you on my next service.

Aaron knows is stuff I've had my diesel s2 Captiva there twice in the last few months, he fixed both issues promptly which was great considering what was wrong and I knew how much work was involved to fix it. All in all great friendly service at a reasonable price, I definitely would recommend him.

Sent my 4d56t pump that was in pieces to Aaron a week ago got it back and fitted it today she fired up with no issue. I would recommend this business to anyone. I was a little hesitant to transfer a large sum of money but everything was above board Aaron is a very honest man and contacted me throughout the process. 10/10
